Exporting data

The information that is stored within Sugar is valuable and it belongs to the Firm. Most of the information that users need is available to them using the Sugar interface and it should not be necessary to request data exports except in unusual circumstances or for special projects.

CRM Administrators should seek permission from either the Director of Marketing or a Global Partner before releasing to any staff member outside of the marketing team a data export from Sugar which contains more than 25 lines, email addresses, specific billing history or any other information which could be commercially sensitive.
