Adding an Alumni Record

For a contact who has moved jobs

 

Navigate to the contact's previous employer.

 

Scroll down to the alumni sub-panel and click Create.

 

This is the form you will see:

Type the name of the contact into the Contact field.

 

Type the contact's previous role in the Former Role field.

 

Add a note indicating the source of the information, if applicable.

 

Save.

 

 

For a staff member / new joiner

 

Navigate to the previous employer's page (create an organisation if necessary)

 

Scroll down to the alumni sub-panel and click Create.

 

Type the name of the staff member into the User field. (NB: The staff member must be a Sugar user to record an alumni record.)

 

Type the contact's previous role in the Former Role field.

 

Add a note indicating the source of the information, if applicable.

 

Save.
